OSI has 50 physical and occupational therapists with a combined total of over 500 years experience. 19 of our therapists have practiced over 10 years, and 10 of our therapists have been with OSI for more than 10 years. Most of our therapists have developed expertise in various orthopedic areas and have created many loyal patients and referral sources with their skills.
In addition to providing rehabilitation of the various common injuries and conditions of the upper extremities, lower extremities, and spine, OSI provides specialty services that require therapists who have a strong interest in these areas as well as extensive and specialized training.
OSI’s therapy providers focus on the functional needs and expectations of our patients, and our practice has gathered data on our patient outcomes for a number of years. Our results show extremely high patient satisfaction and exceptional functional outcomes within an average number of patient visits that is well below the national average.

OSI has 8 clinics located in the east metro area and western Wisconsin, so at least one of our clinics is within 15 minutes of most of the residents of St. Paul and its suburbs. All of our clinics strive to provide appointments for new patients within 24 hours of referral, and arrange subsequent visits that are convenient for each individual.

OSI provides services on a fee schedule relative to that allowed by the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry. Private and public health plans then discount those fees based on a contract with us via our billing company, Therapy Partners, Inc. (TPI). OSI’s therapists manage their care very efficiently via the use of effective, scientific-based clinical guidelines and outcome studies. The result of which creates highly impressive functional results achieved in a low number of visits relative to nationwide averages. For our patients and their health plans, this results in impressive functional patient outcomes at a lower cost than most providers.
