Orthopaedic Sports Inc. (OSI) was selected by 3M to provide onsite Physical Therapy services for 3M employees because of our patient care model, outcomes, and existing relationships with the 3M medical clinic and staff.

Onsite Physical Therapy is available to all active 3M employees at the 3M Center. As a benefit to employees, 3M offers this service in an effort to keep employees healthy and to decrease the away from work time needed for outside appointments. No physician referral is required.

These services are offered at NO COST for most 3M employees, with the exception of those who have the BCBS of MN High Deductible Health Plan (3M's Consumer Directed Plan). For employees who have the High Deductible Health Plan, the bill for therapy services will be submitted by OSI's billing service, Therapy Partners, to BCBS of MN. The employee will be responsible for payment of all deductibles and co-insurance.

The therapists providing services at 3M have advanced training and clinical experience in manual therapy, orthopaedic and sports medicine, ASTYM, and occupational health. They also have access to the onsite fitness center and work with the personal trainers to set up exercise programs that meet the individual employee’s needs.
