We have had an office in the Woodbury area since 1989. Our original Woodbury office was located on Woodlane south of Valley Creek. In 1999 we moved into the High Pointe Health Campus building, which is located just north of Interstate 94 and east of Inwood Ave. and Hudson Blvd. It is situated where the cities of Woodbury, Oakdale, and Lake Elmo meet. We are able to work closely with many doctors and dentists at High Pointe and also have close relationships with many physicians in the Woodbury area. Our therapists also see many patients from other physicians and we also gladly see patients on self referrals. We are conveniently located for patients from Woodbury, Lake Elmo, Oakdale, Maplewood, Hudson, 3M, Cottage Grove, the east side of St. Paul, and surrounding communities.
Our therapists all deliver excellent orthopedic rehabilitation, and we provide specialty therapy services including hand therapy, women’s health, therapy for vestibular and balance disorders, postural restoration treatment, and TMJ care.
Our Lake Elmo therapists are all very talented and caring. We have 9 highly skilled physical and occupational therapists and 1 physical therapist assistant. Many of our therapists have practiced for more than 7 years: Nate DeBruin, PT (Clinic Manager), Kristen May, PT, ATC (Sports Medicine Coordinator), and Mark Thurnbeck, OT, CHT. The rest of our staff includes Kari Lind, PT, Molly Sorenson, PT, Margaret Nelson, PT, and Candace Hartman, PTA.
From the East, South, or West. Take Interstate 94 to the Radio Dr./Inwood Ave. exit and go north on Inwood. Go past the Machine Shed Restaurant and turn right (east) on Hudson Blvd. Go about ¼ mile and you will see the High Pointe Health Campus on the north side of Hudson Blvd. Turn left (north) into the parking lot. From the North . Take Interstate 694 to the 10th St. exit in Oakdale and go east on 10th St. to Inwood Ave. Turn south on Inwood and go Hudson Blvd. where you will turn east. Go about ¼ mile and you will see the High Pointe Health Campus on the north side of Hudson Blvd. Turn left (north) into the parking lot.
The High Pointe medical building has a large parking lot. It is best to park near the main entrance on the south end of the building where you can enter the High Pointe building and conveniently access the elevator to the third floor. We are located about ½ way down the hall on the left side in suite 310.
