We opened our West St. Paul office in 2002 in the Lafayette Square Mall at the intersection of Highway 52 and Mendota Road just north of 494. This location is very convenient for patients from West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Hastings, Woodbury, and Eagan. Our therapists have strong relationships with many local family practice and specialty physicians in the St. Paul area.
Our therapists deliver excellent orthopedic rehabilitation, and we provide specialty therapy services including manual therapy, myofascial techniques, sports therapy, hand therapy, postural resotration treatment, and orthotic casting and fitting.
Our West St. Paul office has a very skilled and energetic staff. Steve Peterson, PT (Clinic Manager), and Jon Groskreutz, PT, each have over 15 years experience in orthopedic rehabilitation. The additions of Rachel Ulfers, PT, Heather Engelbert, PT, Mike Brown, PT, and Leigh Miller, OT have brought new skills and ideas to the West St. Paul office.

From the South Go north on Highway 52. Cross over Interstate 494. Take the first exit north of 494, which is Mendota Road/Southview Blvd. and turn left (west). Go under the 52 overpass and you will see the Lafayette Square Mall on the right (north) side of the road. Turn into the mall parking lot, and we are located at the east end of the building.
From the South and West of 494 Go north on Highway 3. Cross over 494. Turn right (east) on Mendota Road. Turn left (east) and go past Southview Country Club. The Lafayette Square Mall is 1 block past the country club on the left (north) side of the street. Turn into the mall parking lot, and we are located at the east end of the building.
From Woodbury, Hastings, and areas east of the 494 bridge Take 494 west over the bridge. Exit on Highway 52 North. Take the first exit off of 52 North, which is Mendota Road/Southview Blvd. and turn left (west). Go under the 52 overpass and you will see the Lafayette Square Mall on the right (north) side of the road. Turn into the mall parking lot, and we are located at the east end of the building.
From the West Side, West St. Paul Take Robert St. South to Mendota Road. Turn left (east) and go past Southview Country Club. The Lafayette Square Mall is 1.5 blocks past the country club on the left (north) side of the street. Turn into the mall parking lot, and we are located at the east end of the building.
From the WestTake 494 east. Exit on Highway 52 North. Take the first exit off of 52 North, which is Mendota Road/Southview Blvd.and turn left (west). Go under the 52 overpass and you will see the Lafayette Square Mall on the right (north) side of the road. Turn into the mall parking lot, and we are located at the east end of the building.
From downtown St. Paul and Northern suburbs Take 52 South to Mendota Road/Southview Blvd exit and turn right (west). You will see the Lafayette Square Mall on the right (north) side of the road. Turn into the mall parking lot, and we are located at the east end of the building.
