Your therapist will:
Provide a thorough evaluation including complete
history of the problem, postural assessment, muscle testing, and may include a
brief pelvic exam.
Develop a customized treatment program to
include:
Muscle re-education for postural correction,
relaxation, and/or strength training.
Manual therapy for correction of joint mechanics
and soft tissue restrictions.
Biofeedback and/or electrical stimulation to aid
the exercise approach.
Self management home programs including

strategies to reduce and manage symptoms.
