The Work
Center (TWC) started in 1991 with one clinic located in Stillwater, MN. The goal was to provide focused and specialized programs for work rehabilitation and injury prevention services. Since that time, our success in providing these services has led to the expansion of a new site in Forest Lake during November of 2004 and West St. Paul during June of 2006. All 3 locations offer customized services that meet the specific needs of the workers and organizations.
Mission Statement
For injured workers, our mission is to provide a functionally directed program that facilitates a safe and timely return to work. Teaching the worker how to prevent re-injury and how to identify and reduce fatigue and discomfort are the focus of our programs.
For organizations, our mission is to provide cost-effective, innovative solutions for maintaining a productive, healthy workforce and safe work environment. Our services are designed with quality, convenience, flexibility and affordability in mind. Decreasing workers compensation costs and lost work days are the focus of these programs. Our approach improves the productivity of workers and increase the company's overall profit.
